Lovely friendly atmosphere, no rushing around an oasis of calm like all coffee cafes should be. Also family friendly with a play area for the little ones. Excellent.
Much more pleasant than the Drake's Circus branch. It's quiet, the staff are always helpful and the shop doesn't feel too cramped. The coffee shop is brilliant too, great coffee and cakes.

Fab place to nose at books. The staff are excellent and friendly. We recently went to Elmer day with my toddler and it was very well planned. It also has a Costa coffee as well
Beautiful store with a fantastic selection. I was particularly impressed with the selection I'd graphic novels and manga. Also sticker a decent selection if board games. More expensive than buying online, but what do you expect?
