Brilliant.

First of all I would like to say a big thank you to Andy and his team for recommending and fitting a new audio system into my old VW van, at last bringing it up to date. The sound is fantastic, the installation very good and communication was friendly and polite making this an enjoyable experience throughout. Secondly, I would like to say the above was completed to an agreed yet tight timescale and, although it went to the wire due to a delay in logistics I believe, PCS stuck to their word and completed the work on time. Thirdly, having read previous reviews prior to visiting PCS, I was a little unsure as I felt the business response to poor reviews, whilst providing their point of view, had a slightly combative undertone! However, soon after meeting Andy whose easy manor, gentle advice and no pressure approach to business, any fears I may have had, evaporated. The adage ' you can not please everybody all of the time' springs to mind: All you can do is your best in these circumstances and try and be courteous, at all times. To that end, I can honestly say based on my experience, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company who I am sure, will leave you feeling as happy as I am...! Thank you again. David

I had a problem with my car audio, and needed an urgent fix. All the staff I spoke to were lovely, the price excellent, and the quality of the work brilliant. They kept me updated with progress reports and even replaced a broken sidelight. When I collected the car Darren was keen to stay on after the place had closed to make sure I understood how it all worked, and clearly enjoys his work. I have no hesitation in recommending this place, and know I'll be back - many thanks to you all.

Great service. The team there diagnosed my C4 Picasso problem within an hour (£50). I had originally booked in for a 'Terraclean' because it was diagnosed by someone else as having a blocked partical filter (that's what the diagnostic machine said) but it turned out that my turbo had fallen to pieces. The guys there fixed the problem the next day and as painful as it was, I believe they kept the price as low as they could for me (6 hours at £50/hr + parts) which included 2 oil changes/flush. I was unable to collect the car during normal business hours but was desperate for it back for the next day. The team were flexible enough to go out of their way to return there at 7pm so that I could collect my car. They didn't rush me and also laid out the old turbo and associated parts to illustrate the work that they had carried out, in terms which even my wife understood. It was a costly repair but had to be done. I would not hesitate to recommend South West Leisure and Towing for any vehicle maintenance. They do more than it says on the tin. Cheers guys
