Had a brilliant experience so far. Sales person was Ian and he has been our point of contact. Nothing was enough trouble. I called in yesterdsy to test drive a Vauxhall Astra to compare with a Ford Focus. I was dealt with by your salesman Mark, who went out of his way to find the keys for an Astra that was waiting to be prepared. We went out for a test drive, which then helped me make my mind up about which car I wanted to purchase. Have now gone for the Focus at another dealership. Mark was helpful and not at pushy. Would recommend.

I have been taking my cars to Russel Ham for years so when i needed a replacement i was happy to try them. I have now had this car for nearly 5 years and, other than the usual break pads etc i have never had a problem. When my daughter needed a car i took her here and she was delighted with the choice and the lack of pressure selling. She has had this car for 6 months and is delighted. Although they provide finance, they advised that we should try elsewhere first as theirs was quite expensive. The Service and MOT offer was a bonus.
Always great service. I know the team work closely with trading standards to help ensure quality. It is unfortunate that some people are not always totally honest about the help they have been given. All cars, even new, can have problems and faults and this team always do their best to rectify when any fault LAYS with them.

Good showroom with a wide selection of new and used cars. The staff were knowledgeable and polite. Good space to entertain younger members of the family (Xbox and toys for younger children) meant that we were able to concentrate and make the right decision. The staff didn't pressure us and eventually we agreed a fair price. Definitely recommend but make sure you do your homework to get the best price.
The service and support from the staff here was magnificent. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this showroom to anybody.
