I called in yesterdsy to test drive a Vauxhall Astra to compare with a Ford Focus. I was dealt with by your salesman Mark, who went out of his way to find the keys for an Astra that was waiting to be prepared. We went out for a test drive, which then helped me make my mind up about which car I wanted to purchase. Have now gone for the Focus at another dealership. Mark was helpful and not at pushy. Would recommend.

Tom at crown cars was extremely pleasant and went well out of his way to help me after writing my previous car of 3 days off in an accident, Tom had the car I wanted, from the finance application all the way through to collection Tom kept in touch to see how I was getting on with sorting out the previous finance and was very patient whilst i sorted this. Collected my car from Tom with a thorough handover Of the car, finance and warranty that came with the car, my other half had purchased a car from Tom previously and we recommend Tom to anyone looking for a quality car in Plymouth as all his cars are of top quality! I had been looking for a car for quite sometime & always thought getting one on finance would be a utter pain , but came across crown cars , and I went down to be nosey , where I was met by the owner very polite & helpful and welcoming & i also felt relaxed about the whole idea of finance, he was very professional . And helped me find a car that was suitable for my needs , I am really happy I now have my car I have had no problems everything has and is going just right and I couldn't be more thankful . First of all I would like to say a big thank you to Andy and his team for recommending and fitting a new audio system into my old VW van, at last bringing it up to date. The sound is fantastic, the installation very good and communication was friendly and polite making this an enjoyable experience throughout. Secondly, I would like to say the above was completed to an agreed yet tight timescale and, although it went to the wire due to a delay in logistics I believe, PCS stuck to their word and completed the work on time. Thirdly, having read previous reviews prior to visiting PCS, I was a little unsure as I felt the business response to poor reviews, whilst providing their point of view, had a slightly combative undertone! However, soon after meeting Andy whose easy manor, gentle advice and no pressure approach to business, any fears I may have had, evaporated. The adage ' you can not please everybody all of the time' springs to mind: All you can do is your best in these circumstances and try and be courteous, at all times. To that end, I can honestly say based on my experience, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company who I am sure, will leave you feeling as happy as I am...! Thank you again. David

I had a problem with my car audio, and needed an urgent fix. All the staff I spoke to were lovely, the price excellent, and the quality of the work brilliant. They kept me updated with progress reports and even replaced a broken sidelight. When I collected the car Darren was keen to stay on after the place had closed to make sure I understood how it all worked, and clearly enjoys his work. I have no hesitation in recommending this place, and know I'll be back - many thanks to you all.

Fantastic location with good secure facilities. Owner very helpful and available if needed. We keep our Motorhome on site and have done for years. Highly recommend if you need secure a storage facility.

Great service. The team there diagnosed my C4 Picasso problem within an hour (£50). I had originally booked in for a 'Terraclean' because it was diagnosed by someone else as having a blocked partical filter (that's what the diagnostic machine said) but it turned out that my turbo had fallen to pieces. The guys there fixed the problem the next day and as painful as it was, I believe they kept the price as low as they could for me (6 hours at £50/hr + parts) which included 2 oil changes/flush. I was unable to collect the car during normal business hours but was desperate for it back for the next day. The team were flexible enough to go out of their way to return there at 7pm so that I could collect my car. They didn't rush me and also laid out the old turbo and associated parts to illustrate the work that they had carried out, in terms which even my wife understood. It was a costly repair but had to be done. I would not hesitate to recommend South West Leisure and Towing for any vehicle maintenance. They do more than it says on the tin. Cheers guys

1st class design & service, both Katrina & Richard were really patient with me and painstakingly redesigned and coloured very intricate images so they were perfect. Chris even popped on a few extra images that they had printed as spares! So very pleased with my van, thanks guys!

Usual a very good service, although this can vary depending on how busy they are. Always do a decent job for a very reasonable price.

I take the van to get washed here once a month, the guys generally do a good job, it is not done to quickly either. Can get fairly busy on a Sat & Sun afternoon so pick your times wisely. There is a waiting area if you don't want to stay in the car. They also offer valeting services ranging in different prices.

Always go here for my motorbike to be cleaned . Good job for little price :)

Amazing car wash, best I’ve found so far! Customer service is spot on and the job perfect. I have the mini valet every time and looks like new. They also do a great loyalty scheme so you can earn free washes. Well worth a visit you won’t be disappointed.
