These guys will go the extra mile for ya.. Yes, they will tell you you can probably get a cheaper version of most of their products on Ebay/Amazon.. And you can!. And i did... I didnt listen to the big lad in the shop. And bought a cheaper product. He said it'd not last and I'd be lucky to not be buying another in the nxt 2mnths.. A very blunt guy. ! But he was right..! , well almost. It lasted just shy of 4mnths.. I wrnt back n got the product he recommended. That was 9mnths ago and i know it'll last for yrs to come. So thanx biglad ..sorry i cnt remember your name chap. A big thumbs up from me. I'll be in soon as i need a belt for my vac. Dnt worry .I'll listen this time round , 1st time. These guys know what theyre talking about.

Excellent service. Quickly diagnosed the problem with my tumble dryer and fixed it within a few days after having to order a part. Cost was very reasonable and well worth it. I would definitely recommend using this company.

I was in need of a tumble dryer asap after mine gave up mid load! Typical! I rang around a few places who were unable to help the same day and finally got hold of CathCo! Who dealt with my issue so quickly, being able to not only dispose of my old unit but supply me with a bigger load capacity and a much newer version on that very day all at an excellent price. I would highly recommend and will certainly be using CathCo again! Thanks.

I havent even had any work done , but what i will review is the outstanding customer service i recieved... i phoned with a prob and the girl on the desk couldnt help me so passed me on to an engineer.. i explained my problem and without any hesitation or ooo this is gonna cost ya. He proceeded to talk me through the prob and as a result i have been able to fix it myself ... cant thank u and your staff enough .. will deff be recomending you guys .... thanks again ...
